When the first automatic mounting machines appeared on the market we were suspicious about their adequacy during everyday operation. Our reservations made at the time and the experienced limits (only good condition plates can be used) have remained valid over the years until, the development of our SWS Automatic finally finished.
With our completely automatised plate clamp system old plates with curled up edges can be mounted with the same positioning accuracy as for brand new plates. Completely automatic plate position and mounting by starting the process by touching 1 button on the HMI. With optional units even higher level of automatisation can be achieved.
Thanks to our Running CrossRoller unit, the standardised crosswise rolling of the plates can significantly increase adhesion of the double-sided tape, hence extending its’ reusability (lifetime).
